These are limited, made-to-order drops, so we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect vehicle info – every knob is hand-made specifically for your order.
The one exception: if your knob arrives damaged, defective or not as described, you are fully covered. Email a photo to Shiftsocietyys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will remake and reship it or refund you – your choice.
