LIMITED, MADE-TO-ORDER DROPS — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Every ShiftSociety knob is a limited-run, made-to-order piece. Each one is hand-poured, hand-painted, and built specifically for your order nothing is mass-produced or sitting on a shelf. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect vehicle information entered at checkout.

THE EXCEPTION — DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
Your order is fully protected against issues on our end. If your knob arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, we will make it right guaranteed.

Simply email us at Shiftsocietyys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo (or short video) of the issue

We'll remake and reship your knob at no cost, or issue a full refund your choice. No hassle, no runaround.

FITMENT
Your knob ships with a universal adapter that fits most manual and gated automatic shifters. Please enter your correct vehicle make & model at checkout so we machine the right adapter. Fitment issues caused by incorrect info at checkout are not eligible for a refund, but we're always happy to help you sort it out.
