Because each knob is made to order, here's exactly how shipping works:

MAKE TIME
Every piece is hand-poured, painted, and cured to order. Current make time is 4–6 weeks before your order ships. This is what guarantees a premium, 1-of-1 piece instead of mass produced plastic.

TRACKING
The moment your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you automatically  you don't need to ask. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder just in case).

TRANSIT TIME
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days within the United States.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently offer free shipping within the United States.

WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
