WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH
• Fitment questions — not sure if it'll work with your shifter? Send us your make & model and we'll confirm before you buy.
• Order updates — want to know where your piece is in the make queue? Just ask.
• Damaged or wrong item — we'll make it right, fast (see our Refund Policy).
• Custom requests — want a design we don't stock yet? Tell us. We love hearing what the community wants.
• Anything else — seriously, no question is too small.

RESPONSE TIME
We personally read and reply to every message, usually within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). If it's the weekend or we're deep in a drop, it might take a touch longer  but you will hear back from a real human, not a bot.

HELP US HELP YOU FASTER
When you email, include your order number (if you have one) and a photo if it's about a specific issue. It lets us jump straight to solving it instead of going back and forth.

A QUICK NOTE ON PRE-ORDERS
Since every knob is made to order, there's a 4–6 week build time before it ships that's normal and it's what keeps each piece 1 of 1. If you're ever unsure where things stand, don't stress: just email us and we'll give you a straight answer.
